The Leader's Guide gives all necessary guidance and instruction for a parent, parish leader or experienced teacher to present the program. It can also be used for any leader guiding a Backpack for Adults group. 

If possible, purchase the Complete Backpack program which comes with a 26 lesson video program including a progressive muscle relaxation and contemplative prayer experience. Simply plug the USB stick into a computer and let us do the teaching.
